Dr. Abdallah Elamin
Associate Professor of Management - College of Business Administration
Dr. Abdallah Elamin is an Associate Professor of Management and former Dean of the College of Business Administration at the University of Science and Technology of Fujairah (USTF). With over two decades of experience spanning academia, business, and industry, Dr. Elamin is widely recognized for his scholarly contributions and dedication to teaching excellence.
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Elamin has taught a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, including Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior and Design, Change Management, and Cross-Cultural Management. He has held academic appointments at several esteemed institutions, including the University of Khartoum, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), AUST, AU, and USTF.
Dr. Elamin has actively participated in numerous professional development programs, training workshops, and academic seminars across Malaysia, Singapore, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, the UAE, the UK, and the USA. His involvement in collaborative research projects with scholars from U.S. universities further reflects his commitment to advancing global academic exchange.
His research interests focus on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, and Cross-Cultural Management. He has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and presented his research at numerous international conferences. In addition to his academic pursuits, Dr. Elamin has served as a supervisor and external examiner for many MSc and PhD theses across institutions in Australia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Sudan. He has also contributed as a reviewer for academic books and scholarly journals at both regional and international levels.
Beyond academia, Dr. Elamin has successfully worked as a consultant with organizations of varying scales, applying his expertise to real-world business challenges. He remains committed to delivering a high-quality, globally relevant education that empowers students to thrive in a competitive, ever-evolving economic landscape. Dr. Elamin firmly believes that the College of Business Administration should serve as a transformative environment where students not only acquire knowledge but also cultivate the skills and mindset required to make a meaningful impact in the world.
